SHIPPING
Every order is produced by hand at the Sokudo Hardware Assembly Lab before dispatch. Production time is 1–3 business days — separate from shipping transit. A tracking number is issued when your order leaves the lab.
Domestic US orders ship at a single flat rate calculated at checkout. No weight tiers, no order minimums, no free shipping threshold. One rate. Every time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays. If you order Friday after 12PM EST, your production clock starts Monday.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Open a return request by contacting support before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may be refused at the lab.
Custom-made items — including personalized key tags and made-to-order pieces — are final sale. No exceptions. Each one is built specifically for you.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we replace it. No questions, no return shipping required. Send a photo to support and a replacement unit gets dispatched from the lab.
Custom builds (SOKUDO-ID, embroidered key tags, in-house production) are FINAL SALE — every piece is built to your specification, can't be restocked. Non-custom hardware (stock decals, off-the-shelf air fresheners, stock floor mats) accepts returns within 30 days from delivery, unworn / unused condition, customer covers return shipping. Defective or damaged units: full replacement at no cost — contact dispatch within 7 days of delivery with order ID + photo.
BUILD WINDOWS
Stock hardware ships from existing inventory. Custom key tags are built in-house at the Sokudo Assembly Lab. Custom hardware (decals, floor mats) routes through a print-on-demand partner. Apparel is produced by our US apparel manufacturing partner. Wholesale build windows scale with order volume — confirmed at quote.
